Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

These oatmeal chocolate chip cookies were a favorite with my brother’s friends. Do you think they only came over to eat my mom’s homemade cookies, and used hanging out with my brother as the pretense? Hmmmm, food for thought.

Strawberry

Strawberries are symbolic of purity and sensuality, fertility and abundance. They also represent happiness and success. Because the strawberry’s shape is usually of a heart, it also exemplifies love.  Happy Valentine’s Day.

My son unceremoniously removed this little crab from its hiding place on Glass Beach.  As soon as the photo-op had passed, he gingerly placed him back under his rock.
