Barn North of Coppen

Architecture, Landscapes, Rural Decay
I took the series of shots making up this image about 20 minutes after first the blue skied photo of the same barn.  As I waited for the perfect moment, my husband and sister patiently endured the onslaught of mosquitoes (for some reason they did not bother me).  I was facing East when I shot the first image and this one I shot facing the setting sun.

Entranced by rural and urban decay. I am drawn to these forlorn sites because they emote conflicting sentiments of beauty and disintegration.
